Ratios started as a single bakery-cafe on Street 11 and has since expanded to three branches across Maadi — a reasonable indicator of how good the bread is. Mornings on the garden terrace are the move: fresh pastries, proper sourdough, and house-brewed cold coffee draw people from well outside the neighbourhood.
The original Street 11 branch ("Ratios OG") remains the best of the three, with a calmer atmosphere than the newer locations.
