Soho Square is the closest Sharm has to a designed nightlife district — a pedestrianised plaza in Nabq Bay, between the Savoy and Sierra hotels, lined with bars, restaurants, an ice rink, a bowling alley, the Pangaea nightclub, and a dancing-fountain show that runs hourly through the evening. The architecture is somewhere between Italian piazza and Las Vegas resort, but the result is more enjoyable than that sounds.
It is also the heart of Sharm's themed-bar culture, including the Ice Bar and Oxygen Bar. The whole complex stays open late and is a reliable choice when Naama Bay feels too packed or too tired.
