Most of Libreville's drinking life clusters in Quartier Louis, the strip of bars and clubs that comes to life after dark. A handful of waterfront places along the boulevard also do late drinks. Cafés in the European sense are rarer — Mbolo's in-store café and a few hotel bars are reliable for a coffee.
