Errachidia is small enough to cross on foot in fifteen minutes. Petit taxis cruise the main avenue and the train station for short hops — flag one down or pick one up at the central square.
For the surrounding region, the bus and grand taxi stations are close to the centre. Shared grand taxis are the most flexible way to reach Erfoud, Rissani, Goulmima, or the Source Bleue de Meski. For the dunes at Merzouga or longer desert excursions, several local operators in town run 4x4 trips — Place Hassan II is the main agency strip.
