A small, eccentric museum in the former home of the Dutch anthropologist Bert Flint, who spent forty years collecting Berber and Sub-Saharan textiles, jewellery, and ceremonial objects. The galleries are organised as a journey along the trans-Saharan caravan route from Marrakesh to Timbuktu, with each room representing a stage south. The displays are dense and the lighting is dim — labels in French only — but the collection is one of the best of its kind in North Africa. Less than an hour, but well worth it.
