Eating Out

The cheapest meals are in the medina — a bowl of harira soup and bread costs next to nothing. The Ville Nouvelle has a wider range of restaurants, including French and international options. Moroccan cuisine is the best value: tagines, couscous on Fridays, and grilled brochettes at street stalls near the medina gates.
