Rabat's main sights cluster into three areas: the Kasbah des Oudaya and the Hassan Tower–Mausoleum complex at the river mouth, and Chellah a few kilometres south. All three are walkable from the medina. The Mohammed VI Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art is in the Ville Nouvelle, a short taxi ride away.
