The Temple of the Medicine King is a Taoist temple in Tengchong dedicated to the Medicine King. The temple was first established in 1626 and rebuilt in 1877, giving it a long local history even by the standards of Yunnan temple sites.
It is a modest stop, but worth adding to a walk through Tengchong if you are interested in religious architecture and local devotional traditions.
