Guru Rinpoche Cave is a pilgrimage site above Rewalsar, associated with meditation by Guru Rinpoche. The cave contains shrines and a large statue, and the approach passes smaller meditation caves and a nunnery.
The path is paved but steep in places. The cave is reached through the houses around it, so follow local signs and be respectful of residents and worshippers.
