Jammu's sights cluster into two categories: temples and palaces of the Dogra maharajas. The Raghunath Temple complex is the centrepiece, but Bahu Fort and Amar Mahal Palace reward visitors who stay more than a few hours. The city is dense and lively — wandering the old bazaars around the temple complex is worthwhile in itself.
