Sea View sits on the road fronting Tagore Beach and does exactly what its name suggests — fish thalis and fried seafood with the bay visible from your table. The bangda (mackerel) fry is crisp and well-spiced, the rice is served in generous portions, and a meal here costs considerably less than at the resort restaurants outside town. Busy at lunch; quieter in the evenings when families take their promenade walks outside.
