Seminyak Beach is a single long west-facing strand running from Pura Petitenget south to Double Six and on into Legian and Kuta. The sand is grey-gold, the surf is consistently big, and the sunsets are exceptional. Lifeguards patrol the main access points and rip currents are real — pay attention to the flags.
The beach gets busier and grubbier as you move south. The cleanest stretches and the best umbrellas are around the Oberoi access path and just north of Ku De Ta.
