Seminyak is Bali's premier shopping district — a mix of independent Bali-based fashion designers, Australian-led resort wear, and local jewellers. The two main shopping streets are Jalan Kayu Aya (Eat Street) and Jalan Petitenget, both lined with boutiques running roughly from south to north.
For air-conditioning, Seminyak Village mall has three floors of mostly local labels. Avoid Jalan Legian if you are hoping for designer goods — the southern end is overrun with fake-brand bag and DVD shops better suited to Kuta.
