There are two entry points to Karimunjawa. From Semarang (Tanjung Mas harbour), a fast boat takes about 3 hours. From Jepara (Pantai Kartini harbour), the slower ferry takes about 5 hours. Schedules change without notice, so check in advance before you travel. Fast boats are more expensive but much more comfortable.
