Bcharre is small but punches well above its weight. The Gibran Museum is the headline attraction, but the real draw is the landscape: the Qadisha Gorge dropping away below the town, the ancient cedars on the slopes above, and the rock-cut monasteries scattered through the valley. A couple of well-planned days will cover most of it.
