Bangsar Village

Upscale Bangsar neighbourhood mall with independent boutiques, a bookshop, and popular food outlets

Bangsar Village is a compact two-tower mall at the bottom of Telawi Street, the closest thing Bangsar has to a proper retail anchor. The mix skews towards independent boutiques, lifestyle goods, and international homeware — less mainstream chain retail than KLCC or Pavilion. The basement food court is one of the better ones in the city for affordable Malay, Chinese, and Indian dishes. There's a Kinokuniya bookshop, a Cold Storage supermarket, and several good cafés on the upper levels.

The mall connects via a bridge to Bangsar Village II next door, which has more restaurants and a spa floor. The surrounding streets (Telawi 2, 3, and 5) are where most of the independent restaurants and wine bars are — the mall itself is a useful anchor for the neighbourhood's evening dining scene.
