Lot 10 Shopping Centre

Landmark green-glass mall on Bukit Bintang with Isetan and a famous hawker basement

Lot 10 is one of Bukit Bintang's most recognisable buildings — a distinctive green glass tower that has been a mall landmark since the 1990s. The main anchor is Isetan, Japan's mid-luxury department store; the rest of the mall runs from fashion to electronics. The basement is more interesting: Lot 10's underground Hutong food court is a curated version of KL's best hawker stalls, each supposedly using original recipes from their founding families. It's an air-conditioned, reliable way to try classic dishes like hokkien mee and roast duck without having to find the original hawker stalls.

Hutong is the cleaner, more tourist-friendly version of a KL hawker experience — if you want the real thing, head to Jalan Alor around the corner instead. For a first visit, Hutong is a good orientation to the range of dishes available.
