One of Barrio Barretto's most durable watering holes, a covered open-air bar where dive instructors and longtime expats gather after dark. The ceiling fans fight a losing battle with the humidity, the San Miguel comes in ice-cold buckets, and a rotating roster of Filipino cover bands plays from Thursday through Sunday. There is no pretension here — just cold beer, decent bar food, and the kind of conversation that happens when travellers from a dozen countries end up in the same spot. Gets busy from 9pm on weekends.
