Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport (TAC), 10 minutes east of downtown, has multiple daily flights to Manila and Cebu on Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific. By land, RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) buses and vans connect Tacloban to Ormoc, Catbalogan and even Manila — a long, scenic crossing over the San Juanico Bridge to Samar and then on northwards. Within the city, jeepneys, multicab tricycles and motorbike-taxis cover everything.
