Walk up at sunset for the best free view in town — out across San Pedro Bay, over the rooftops to the rebuilt waterfront, and on a clear day all the way to the San Juanico Bridge. Local families come up for picnics; it is quiet, breezy, and a good place to take stock of the city below.
