The cocktail bar on the 62nd floor of the Etihad Towers (Tower 2), a level below the Observation Deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, the marina and the Grand Mosque in the distance, a serious cocktail list.
A polished, expense-account kind of room — go for the view before sunset rather than the menu — but probably the best high-rise drink in the city. Smart casual at minimum.
