A new entertainment district at the southern end of Yas Island, with a long waterfront strip of bars and restaurants, the Etihad Arena (the largest indoor venue in the Middle East), and the Yas Bay Beach. By far the most lively going-out cluster in Abu Dhabi.
Lock, Stock & Barrel does a good craft cocktail list; the Stars 'n' Bars sports-bar concept is open very late; the Asian and Mediterranean restaurants in between are workmanlike. Worth a visit on event nights when the arena is in use.
