Day trips out of Nadi are mostly boat trips. The Mamanuca Islands and southern Yasawa chain are within reach for a long day from Port Denarau Marina, with operators offering snorkel-and-lunch packages on the closer cays. Inland from town, the Sabeto Valley combines the Garden of the Sleeping Giant and the hot springs; further north, the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park makes a half-day on the way to the Coral Coast.
