Most of what travellers do from Nadi happens on the water — boats out to the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands, surfing trips to the south coast, snorkel days on the reefs. In town itself, the standout sight is the rainbow-coloured Sri Siva Subramaniya temple at the south end of the main street, and the Hindu and handicraft markets that fill the centre on Saturdays.
