Korçë is connected by paved road to Tirana (about 3.5 hours), Berat (3 hours), and Pogradec on Lake Ohrid (1 hour). Frequent furgons (shared minibuses) run from each of these cities and from Greece — the Greek border at Kapshticë is 30 km away, with buses to Thessaloniki and Athens.
There is no passenger rail service. The nearest airports are Tirana (TIA, 200 km) and Ohrid in North Macedonia (about 70 km). A car gives you the most flexibility, particularly for day trips to Voskopojë or around Lake Prespa.
