Lushnjë is not a tourist town, but it has one site of real national importance — the Congress of Lushnjë Museum — and serves as a useful entry point into the agricultural plain of Myzeqe. Most visitors pass through on the way to Berat, Fier, or Apollonia; an hour in the town centre and the museum is the typical visit.
