Dilijan's restaurant scene is small but genuine. Armenian staples — khorovats (barbecue), dolma (stuffed grape leaves and vegetables), lavash, and fresh dairy products from the surrounding farms — are available everywhere. The town's growing international profile, partly thanks to UWC Dilijan's international student body, has brought a few more ambitious kitchens in recent years.
