Yell Extreme Park is the organised adventure option near Ijevan, set by Yenokavan above the forested gorges north of town. Zip-lines are the signature activity, but the park also offers rope courses, riding, off-road trips, and other guided outdoor activities.
It will not appeal to travellers looking only for monasteries and quiet walks. For families or anyone who wants a more active Tavush day, though, it gives the region a different gear.
