A homegrown Yerevan coffee-house chain — branches around the city — that has been a fixture of local life for two decades. The coffee is the strong Armenian-style brewed in a copper jezve and served with a glass of cold water; the menu also runs to crepes, salads, and surprisingly good cakes.
Open from breakfast to late at night. Useful for an early-morning coffee before a museum or a long catch-up over dessert. The Northern Avenue branch is the most central.
