An open-kitchen Armenian restaurant from the same group as Lavash, designed around five "live cooking islands" — bread, dumplings, grill, salads, and a soup station — with cooks working the food in front of guests. The format is part theatre, part canteen, with a long menu of regional dishes and a children's-friendly atmosphere.
It is busy, slightly noisy, well organised, and useful for groups. Book ahead. Just off Amiryan, near Republic Square.
