Hrodna's old town is one of the most rewarding in Belarus — compact, walkable, and still carrying the physical traces of its layered history. The two castles, the baroque cathedral, and the Kalozha Church are the core of any visit, but there's pleasure simply in walking the streets along the river bank. Allow at least a full day.
