Gwalia Cemetery is a small First World War Commonwealth cemetery on the old Ypres Salient battlefield. The site began as Gwalia Farm, a hop farm taken over by British forces and used with a small hospital during the fighting.
About 470 soldiers are buried here, making it a quiet stop for travellers following the cemeteries and battlefield sites north of Ypres.
