Lucky Bar is one of the stalwarts of the Blagoevgrad student scene — a place that has been serving cheap beer and loud music to successive cohorts of AUBG and South-West University students for years. Nothing about it is remarkable except that it reliably delivers what it promises: a lively atmosphere, very low prices, and a crowd that is young and international.
