To Øl (Two Beers) is one of Copenhagen's most adventurous craft breweries, founded by two former Noma employees and known for pushing beer in unexpected directions. Their tap room in the Meatpacking District is one of the best places in the city to drink Danish craft beer alongside bar food. The range rotates constantly and the staff know their product.
The Meatpacking District setting — old slaughterhouse buildings, industrial scale — suits the no-nonsense approach to drinking here. To Øl also exports internationally, but the freshest and most interesting beers are the ones served at the source.
