Fiskerklyngen

Fiskerklyngen is the small cluster of red and yellow fishermen's cottages just north of the harbour, the only surviving piece of 18th-century Frederikshavn. The cottages are tightly packed along a few narrow cobbled lanes, with low gables, white doorframes, and small gardens — a sharp contrast to the otherwise modern, industrial waterfront.

There is no admission and no museum: the buildings are still lived in, and the appeal is simply to walk through and to imagine the town when this was almost all of it. Half an hour is enough. Combine with a visit to Krudttårnet, which sits a few hundred metres away.
