A small café near the abbey with tables outside when the weather allows. Coffee, cold drinks, and champagne by the glass. A natural stopping point after visiting Dom Pérignon's tomb — sit outside, look across the vineyards, and drink a glass of something that would not exist without the monk buried a few metres away. Unpretentious, friendly, and usually busy with passing visitors in summer.
