Pont Saint-Pierre is one of the useful Garonne crossings for seeing Toulouse as a river city. It links the central side with Saint-Cyprien and gives open views toward the dome of La Grave, the embankments, and the changing colour of the brick at different times of day.
It is not a grand destination like Pont Neuf, but it is a good walking bridge. Cross near sunset if you can, when the river softens the city and the pink-brick reputation of Toulouse starts to make visual sense.
