A well-loved small pâtisserie on Rue Bernard Palissy, run by a young chef trained at several Paris three-star kitchens. The éclairs and the tarte aux fraises are particularly good, and there is usually one or two more inventive desserts of the day. The shop is tiny — half a dozen seats — and best treated as a takeaway stop for a coffee and a cake to eat in the Jardin des Prébendes a few minutes' walk away.
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Worth the slight detour from Rue Nationale.
