Housed in the former Archbishop's Palace next to the cathedral, the fine arts museum holds a solid collection with works by Rembrandt, Frans Hals, Rubens, and Mantegna. The building and its courtyard garden — with an enormous cedar of Lebanon — are as much the attraction as the paintings. Closed Tuesdays.
