Wine House

Old-town wine bar with a deep list of Georgian natural wines by the glass

Wine House is one of a clutch of small old-town wine bars that have opened in the last decade as Georgian natural wine has become a global cult product. The list runs the length of the wine-growing country: Kakhetian ambers from qvevri-aged Rkatsiteli, deep Saperavi reds, Adjaran whites, and a small but well-chosen list of European bottles for comparison.

The room is small, the staff are knowledgeable, and there is a short menu of cured meats, cheeses, and other things to eat while drinking. Worth pacing yourself.
