A lakeside restaurant in the harbour area, Zum See specialises in Bodensee fish. The Zander (pike-perch) fillet with Spätzle is a dependable choice, and in season the fresh Felchen is excellent. The terrace sits level with the water, giving you an uninterrupted view across to Switzerland. It gets busy at lunch when the ferry passengers arrive from Romanshorn and Konstanz. Prices are on the higher side for the area but the setting justifies them.
