An Italian restaurant set in a converted fire station along Bremen's Schlachte waterfront. The building keeps some of its old industrial character, and the modern interior makes a good backdrop for straightforward Italian cooking. In warmer months the terrace fills up fast -- it's one of the better spots along the river for an evening meal.
