A 24-hour bar near the wholesale meat market in the Schanzenviertel, traditionally where butchers, bakers and night-shift workers ate breakfast and drank a beer at 5am alongside clubbers heading home. The breakfast is enormous, cheap, and a Hamburg ritual. Closed only briefly each year.
