Plank is a tucked-away cocktail bar in the Bahnhofsviertel, a long narrow room behind an unmarked door on Elbestrasse — a perfect example of the high-end bar culture that has taken over what used to be Frankfurt's red-light district. The bartenders are serious about the craft, the cocktail list rotates seasonally, and the back room serves small plates from one of the best chefs in the city.
