Burg Hülshoff is a late-medieval moated castle near Munster. It belonged to the Droste-Hülshoff family and is strongly associated with the poet Annette von Droste-Hülshoff.
The castle is a worthwhile half-day stop for its water-castle setting, literary history and preserved estate atmosphere.
