Monastery Beach sits below the Holy Monastery of Zoodochos Pigi on Poros's east coast. The water is clear, the setting is quieter than the main beaches, and the nearby pine trees give the cove a softer edge.
It works well as a combined outing with the monastery above it. In season you may find sunbeds, umbrellas, water sports, and a simple place for a drink or snack.
