One of the longest-running bars in Skiathos Town, Kentavros has been pouring drinks in the old harbour area since the 1970s. It plays jazz and blues rather than the house music that dominates most of the waterfront venues, and attracts a slightly older, more relaxed crowd. Good selection of Greek spirits — try a tsipouro or a well-made gin and tonic. Opens in the late afternoon and stays open until the last customer leaves.
