Skiathos Town has a lively bar scene concentrated along the port and a few streets behind it. In peak summer the island draws a younger crowd and the evenings run late — the cocktail bars on the waterfront fill up around midnight and stay open until dawn. For something quieter, the cafes along Papadiamantis Street are good for a morning coffee and people-watching, and the ouzeries near the old port are the place for an afternoon drink with mezedes.
