Malom Bastion is a small technical monument in the old castle area, built around the water system that once supplied Esztergom Castle. It is not the grand reason to come to town, but it adds a useful bit of everyday engineering to a visit otherwise dominated by churches, palaces, and river views.
Look for it while walking between the castle sights rather than treating it as a separate outing.
