The Agricultural Machinery Museum (Mezőgazdasági Gépmúzeum) holds a collection of nineteenth- and twentieth-century farming equipment — steam tractors, threshers, ploughs — laid out in and around a former workshop. The Matyó region was traditionally one of the poorer agricultural districts of Hungary, and the machinery on show traces the slow mechanisation that changed that.
It is a niche museum and not for everyone, but if you have an interest in social or industrial history it is worth a stop.
